Purchases

When ordering, a purchase agreement will only be reached when HerCare AB confirms the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is generated automatically. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. HerCare AB holds ownership and readmission rights to all products until full payment has been made by the customer. To shop with us you must be at least 18 years old.

 

Prices

All prices are shown including VAT. Books 6% • Supplements 12% Cosmetic products 25%

If VAT is changed, we reserve the right to change our prices to the corresponding VAT rate.

 

Shipping

A shipping cost will be added to the price. You will be able to choose between the following shipment methods:

  • Postnord MyPack (delivered to the closest service station to you) 50 SEK
  • Schenker home delivery without signature 150 SEK
  • Postnord home delivery, signature required, 200 SEK

Shipping is free if your order is 1000 SEK or greater.

 

Terms of payment

Currently, we offer secure payment with Klarna and Swish. 

 

Deliveries

Goods that are in stock are normally shipped within 1-2 working days after we have received your order. Your goods are shipped with postnord with tracking. Postnord will send you a notice by email, sms, and letter when your order has been received at a service center near your shipping address.

 

Delivery Delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur beyond our control. It can occur when a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations towards us. If this occurs, we will waive our liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay.

 

Transport risk

With our shipping partners, we take responsibility for the transportation risk, ie. the risk of the goods being damaged or being lost during transport from our warehouse to you.

 

Damaged goods

When you receive your item, it is important that you immediately inspect the package. Should the packaging and contents be damaged,  please contact us at customer service via our contact form.

 

Right of withdrawal and Purchase on Approval

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods and for no reason. When exercising the right of withdrawal / purchase on approval, the goods must be unopened. Right of withdrawal and purchase on approval does not apply when goods cannot be returned in unmounted, unused and undamaged condition. If you want to return an item within 14 days, please contact us at customer service and we will send you a return label so you do not have to pay the shipping.

 

Complaints

If you wish to complain about a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by e-mail or phone within one week. Always save packaging, original carton and payment confirmation. If you are going to return a damaged item, please ship it back to us in the original packaging. The warranty only covers original defects, ie defects that existed in the goods upon delivery. This warranty does not apply in cases where we cannot find any fault with the product or when the damage has been caused by the customer. Ordinary wear is not replaced.

 

Refunds

Refunds are made to the payment method used in the purchase. The refund will be made within 5 working days after we have received and approved your return.

 

Integrity

The customer's right to integrity is of great importance and we are aware that when a customer chooses to provide us with personal information, the customer puts their trust in our ability to handle customer integrity in a responsible manner. Mia Lundin AB believes that this information should be used only to improve the services of the customer. We have created this Privacy Policy to emphasize that we protect the customer's personal information.

When an order is made with us, we collect the customer's contact information, which includes name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

 Protection of Customers Integrity

We take the necessary steps to protect the customer's integrity. When a customer gives us sensitive information (such as a credit card number at a purchase), we take reasonable steps to protect it, such as encrypting the customer's card number. We provide the customer's name and address to our supplier as it is required to deliver the goods. We do not provide any customer information to other companies or individuals for marketing without the customer's consent. This information includes personal data such as the customer's name, address and telephone number.

 

Reservations

We reserve the right to make changes in prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, errors or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.

 

Force Majeur

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably be foreseen, and affecting the agreements entered into and our commitments, which means that we cannot hold the said agreement / undertaking, to release us from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
