Thornes Carnityl is a dietary supplement that contains the ester form of carnitine; acetyl-L-carnitine. Acetyl-L-carnitine has the ability to quickly cross the blood / brain barrier. Acetyl-L-carnitine enhances the production of acetylcholine.
